N.Z. Catholic newspaper is about to publish edition 500 – Twenty years of providing Catholic news to Catholic people throughout New Zealand.
Horton Media have been our printers for the last four years.
We find them to be professional, approachable, willing to listen and obliging.
The team at Horton’s has taken the time to understand our requirements, share ideas and offer solutions.
They provide us with a printing service however, I prefer to think we are partners in getting the National Catholic newspaper out, on time and without fail every two weeks.

We have used the Horton Media team to print our weekly community newspaper for more than a year now. Their print quality and colours have been excellent and reliable. Our print orders vary considerably each week in terms of number of pages, types of paper stock, and inserts, but we have found Horton’s friendly service always helpful and flexible in obtaining the best newspaper possible every week.

Horton Media won for us the ‘Gold Award for Printing Excellence’ at the New Zealand Pride & Print Awards in Wellington on March 8, 2009, which was arguably the first and only such honour an ethnic publication has attained in New Zealand.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Horton Media as a superior print partner.

"Like all small businesses these days I take great care when choosing our suppliers - when we made the move to Horton Media as our printer I was looking for some really basic things:

  • a consistently high quality product
  • on-time delivery every week
  • open and reliable communication with sales staff
  • good working relationships with pre-press staff
  • assistance with production problem solving when required
  • an understanding of our business and what is important to us
  • and, of course, competitive pricing

Horton Media has delivered on these requirements and, while we may not be one of their biggest customers, they have made us feel that we are a valued client, and we look forward to continuing our working relationship into the future."
